If you want to add a license plate for a vehicle that does not belong to you, you must be allowed to use that vehicle.
Also make sure that the documents you provide are genuine, accurate and complete. Please note: if you provide incorrect information, your digital parking entitlement may be terminated.

To use the ParkerenPlus app with a Disabled Parking Card issued outside the Netherlands, you must give consent for the processing of your personal data. SHPV is the data controller for this. Your personal data will only be used to enable your use of the ParkerenPlus app. For more information about the processing of your personal data, please see our privacy statement.

Your personal data is used solely to assess your application. Supporting documents, such as a copy of your Disabled Parking Card, are deleted after 20 days. Your email address is retained for the validity period of your Dutch Disabled Parking Card, or for a maximum of one year if you hold a foreign Disabled Parking Card. Review of your application

A staff member will review your application. This may take several working days.

Decision by email

You will receive an email with the outcome of your application. If additional information is required, we will contact you.

License plate linked

After approval, your license plate will be linked to your Disabled Parking Card. You can then park using the ParkerenPlus app.
